WHO IS OUR DENTAL CARE PLAN FOR?

Our plan is designed for families who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered.

Please note if you fail to attend and keep up to date with your regular checkups and hygienist, the plan payments are non-refundable. As a practice, we will do our utmost best to help you when you are due by processing recalls (letters, text messages, and phone calls).

WHAT DO OUR PLANS INCLUDE?

Our adult maintenance plan costs £18.50 per month and covers:

  • Two examinations per year including professional power jet tooth cleaning (Swedish clean)

  • 15% discount on any treatment required (excluding aesthetic treatment).

    Referrals to external clinics are not covered by this discount.

Our children’s maintenance plan costs £11.50 per month for ages 6 to 18 years and covers:

  • Two examinations per year

  • Advice from our oral health educator as necessary

  • 15% discount on any treatment required. Referrals to external clinics are not covered by this discount.

Both plans benefit from:

  • X-rays as necessary

  • membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad

  • Eligibility to request assistance from the worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.

HOW DO YOU JOIN OUR FAMILY?

There is no need for an assessment. Joining is very simple.

All you have to do is complete a registration form for us and a Direct Debit mandate and authorisation form for DPAS for you and your children.

In addition to your first monthly payment, an initial registration fee of £10 per person will be payable by you to DPAS and will be included in your first Direct Debit payment.

If you choose to leave the family plan for any reason, we will require 3 months’ notice.

You will need to be on the plan and have made a minimum of three payments before you can book or receive anything from the plan. On the month of the third payment, you can book in.

WHAT HAPPENS IN AN EMERGENCY?

You will have access to a 24 hour, 365-day worldwide dental emergency helpline, which will end endeavour to find an English-speaking dentist to assist you.
